I'm a Creative Director and Operations Leader focused on systems, teams, and the infrastructure that makes great creative possible at scale. Much of my work centers on building and scaling high-performing creative teams. I've directly managed 20+ individuals and oversaw a 60+ team of associate directors, creative strategists, designers, editors, project managers, and producers. My teams have high success and retention rates.

My strength lies in bridging creative and operations, scaling output, improving workflows, and making creative actually function in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

I tend to operate at the intersection of creative direction, systems thinking, and team development, helping creative teams not just produce great work, but sustain it at scale.

As a director I've been responsible for both design and post-production, while partnering closely with creative strategy and go-to-market teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing work. I've embraced AI not as a shortcut but as infrastructure, building real workflows and systems that change how teams operate.

I care deeply about creating environments where creatives can do their best work, with clarity, autonomy, and strong leadership. I'm especially energized by seeing my team grow, both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, I'm based in San Diego with my husband and our two fluffy cats. I spend my time between yoga, music, good food, and an ever-growing collection of plants.
