THE WORK
As Director of Research & Development, Creative, the mandate is to find where the team is losing time and fix it with systems that actually stick. Currently architecting and implementing a suite of AI-integrated workflows including Claude Design to Figma pipelines, automated content design systems, AI-assisted creative briefing processes connected to internal technology, and scoping tools for the sales team. This work sits at the intersection of creative operations and emerging technology, translating what AI can do into practical infrastructure that changes how a large creative organization operates day to day.
IMPACT
Reduced manual production time across multiple service lines. Enabled a lean team to operate at significantly higher output. Established Power Digital as an early mover in AI-integrated creative services.
