THE WORK
Sourced, hired, and onboarded a full team of designers based in Latin America, then built the infrastructure around them. Defined roles, leveling criteria, account ownership models, and growth pathways from content producer through associate art director. Simultaneously reworked how the broader creative team was structured, creating clarity around who owned what, how designers moved up, and what success looked like at every level. The result was a team that executed consistently, retained talent, and had a clear path forward.
